How does the 14-day
free trial work?

After the 14 days free Trial, if you like Filecamp and want to keep using it, you can choose the Plan you want and we’ll require a credit card to continue. If you donīt like Filecamp you won’t be charged a thing. With payment, all of your data will still be there and the users you have created during the trial will still have access. 

Change plans at any time!

If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Plans and storage quota changes will begin as soon as we receive your payment. Enter My Filecamp control panel or contact us.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. Credit card billing enables us to activate accounts immediately and automatically renew accounts every month.

We can only manage invoice orders if they are a prepayment for at least one year of service and you contact us first.

Where do I sign?

You donīt. Filecamp is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
