Yes. Every Filecamp plan includes unlimited users—including your free trial. Invite your team, clients, and partners without paying per user.
To continue using Filecamp, choose a plan and add your payment details before your trial ends. Your files and user accounts will stay in place.
If you decide not to subscribe, your trial simply expires. You won’t be charged, and there’s nothing to cancel.
Your website address is optional. If you provide it, we’ll try to personalize your trial with your logo and colors at no extra cost. You can change the branding anytime under Admin > Themes. Read more about custom branding.
Yes. All accounts start with a free trial, but you can choose a paid plan as soon as you receive your login details. There’s no need to wait until the trial ends. Read more about starting a subscription.
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Your account is typically hosted in the region closest to you when you sign up. Read more about security and data centers.
Yes. Account Owners can change the Filecamp address under Admin > Domain settings, including during the free trial. Read more about domain settings.
Yes. Your trial includes all Professional plan features, 10 GB of storage, and unlimited users. Invite your customers, share files, and try Filecamp with your own branding.
No. You can use Filecamp free for 30 days without a credit card. You only need to add payment details if you decide to subscribe.
Filecamp uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit, hashes account passwords, and performs daily backups on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Two-factor authentication (2FA/MFA) adds extra protection to user logins, while folder permissions let you control access to your files. Read more about Filecamp’s security.
