Enter the Control Panels and choose “Account” . In the Account Control Panel you can change plan, buy more storage, update your credit card, find past invoices and cancel if you need to (though we hope you won’t!). The Account Control Panel is only available to the account owner!
Filecamp will always tell you which plan you’re using. If you want to change your plan, click “See plans and upgrade or downgrade.”
For your security and protection, Filecamp only displays the last 4 digits of your credit card. Click “Change your credit card” to make updates.
Customize your invoice to include your company name and address or other important information. Add an recipient to make sure that billing is handled smoothly!. Click “Change billing details” to make updates.
Need a past invoice? The 10 most recent invoices are listed here. Click “See all invoices” for a complete overview.
We’ll be so sorry to see you go! but if you have made up your mind click the “Cancel my Account” link to send us an email with your account information. For security reasons these request are managed manually by Filecamp support. Canceling takes effect within 1-2 days – thereafter you won’t be charged again. Your account and all files related to this account will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
NOTICE: Only the Account Owner has access to the Account Control Panel. Please contact us if the current owner of your account isn’t available.
