How does the 30-day free trial work?
All trials include the Professional plan with 10 GB of storage, giving you access to all features.
After your 30-day free trial, you can continue using Filecamp by choosing a plan and adding your preferred payment method.
If you decide not to continue, you won’t be charged. If you subscribe, all your data will remain intact, and users created during the trial will retain access.
Change plan at any time!
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan and storage at any time as your needs change. Changes take effect once we receive any required payment.
There are no setup fees or hidden costs.
Payment methods
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Credit card payments activate your account immediately, with automatic monthly renewals.
You can also pay by invoice for 12 months of service in advance.
Where do I sign?
You don’t. Filecamp is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term contracts. With monthly billing, you pay one month at a time. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your paid period, and you won’t be billed again.
