Payment options

When you have decided to continue with Filecamp you need to choose between two payment options.

1. Pay with a credit card

Your subscription will be renewed every month and you will receive a monthly invoice by e-mail as the receipt. You can sign up using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

      

All recurring monthly payments are paid in US Dollar (USD), and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time.


2. Pay by invoice

We can also manage invoice orders if they are a prepayment for 6 months or 12 months of service. Invoice orders are usually paid via bank transfer, but can also be paid by Credit Card via PayPal.

   

All invoice payments are paid in US Dollar (USD), and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account will be closed when your payment period expires and you won’t be billed again.

Notice: Filecamp does not offer different pricing options for a yearly subscription (Invoice orders) as opposed to monthly. The reason is that invoice orders are managed by our staff manually, where recurring monthly payments by credit card run (almost) automatic.

Filecamp only stores the absolute minimum card details such as the last four digits, expiration date and the token generated by the Spreedly vault, for identification purpose.
