Problem solving

If you experience problems with your Filecamp account there are a few things you can try.

1. Refresh your browser

hard refresh will clear a browser’s cache for a specific page and will cause it to update with the latest version of that page’s information; you can also fix some site errors, such as the ones encountered when a page doesn’t fully load, by refreshing.

A hard refresh will usually fix this, though occasionally completely clearing the cache is necessary.

2. Clear browser cache

In rare occasions your browser may store old versions of the Filecamp code and images in its cache, that could cause unexpected results. Please check this guide in order to clear your browser cache.

3. Keep your browser updated

As we add new features and enhancements, older browser versions may not support these new standards. Keeping your browser updated to the newest version will enhance your security and provide the best Filecamp experience.

4. Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions conflict

If your internet browser is having trouble navigating Filecamp normally, you may need to disable one or more installed browser add-ons to resolve the issue.

6. Email delivery issues

If you don’t receive the system-generated emails and notifications from Filecamp you are expecting, please start by checking your spam filters and/or “junk” email folder. If you still have problems read more here.

6. Check Filecamp Status

Check out the Filecamp Status page, where you’ll find live and historical data on overall system performance. If there are any interruptions in service, it will be posted there.
