Filecamp AG is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with extensive experience in Angular and AngularJS.
Responsibilities:
- Updating the codebase to Angular from the current AngularJS framework
- Maintenance of the Filecamp frontend code
- Ongoing feature updates and bug fixes together with backend devs
- Maintain a modern and responsive UI for the web and a variety of devices
- Possibly in the future launching native apps based on the web app
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Angular/AngularJS
- You have basic knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks
- A solid understanding of version control principles, preferably using Git
- Excellent HTML, CSS, and cross-browser layout skills and responsive design knowledge
- Attention to detail and an ability to build reliable, scalable, and flexible software
- Good written and spoken English skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with GoLang
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform

Who are we looking for?
You are a pragmatic, innovative, and self-motivated problem solver.
In the first 3-6 months, you will work with the current codebase (AngularJS). And then when you have settled in you will be an important part of updating the codebase to Angular.

We are looking for a pragmatic freelance designer that can help adapt the design (logo, background image, favicon, colors, etc.) from our customer websites into beautifully custom branded Filecamp trial accounts.
The workload can and will fluctuate, but for a start, it will be around 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Your no 1 job will be the branding of new Filecamp trial accounts for our customers.
Every morning (your time) you need to log in to our admin interface where you can see the trial accounts that have been created the past 24 hours. You will review these accounts and brand the trials that can be branded with the customer's own logo etc. and send the customer an email with a link to their newly branded trial account.
You will send a different email to the trial that cannot be branded. All these things are built into an easy to use admin interface. We’ll help you get started and it is not rocket science. - Later, if you like and have the skills we have many more tasks lined up.
Requirements:
- You know your way around Adobe Photoshop and when to use a png instead of a jpg.
- You are familiar with pixel sizes and why they need to be x2 for retina displays.
- Ability to learn and become a superuser of Filecamp.
- Attention to detail and to do a little extra in order to amaze our customers.
- Experience of working with Slack, Zendesk, Google suite, and similar platforms is good to have.
- Excellent English – both written and verbal communication skills.
- Interested in SEO and various growth tactics.

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Basic customer support via email support (Zendesk), where you troubleshoot with clients to help resolve their issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our developers to get customer issues resolved.
- Proactively look for solutions for problems and propose solutions.
- Track common customer complaints and issues and share them with the Product team.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn and become an expert user of Filecamp.
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, follow up, and document client issues for further escalation.
- Attention to detail and doing a little extra in order to keep our customers happy.
- You have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and XMP Metadata or are willing to learn.
- Experience working with Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack, WordPress, and similar platforms is good to have.
