Signup & secure Trial

The transition from your trial period to a paid subscription is seamless. When your trial is up, choose a plan that’s right for you. All your account’s content and information will stay put!


Update a Trial account to a paid account

Log in to your Filecamp trial using your Account Owner login information. In the top right corner of the browser you will see a colored bar stating how many days are left of your trial period.support_secure_filecamp1

 

To secure and upgrade your Trial account just click on the bar and choose plan, enter your billing details and credit card informations in 3 easy steps:

 

1. Choose plan and storage

Choose plan and addditional storage. Remember you can upgrade/downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.support_secure_filecamp2

 

2. Enter your Billing details

Customize your Billing details to include your company name and address or other important information. Invoices will be sent to the “Invoice email” at the start of every month covering the monthly subscription.

3. Add credit card

Enter your credit card details. We are able to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All future charges will be charged to this card.

The card security code is a 3 digit (Visa and MasterCard) or 4 digit number (American Express). Read more.


 

Don’t have a credit card?

No problem! We are also accepting invoice orders. Just click the “Get in touch” link and send us a message. We will then configure your account and send you an invoice by mail. Invoice order payments can be made via Bank transfer or PayPal.
